For those of us living in the southern hemisphere we are over half way through Autumn. Living in the subtropics, as my family does, means we don’t experience major seasonal changes. No matter where we live though, the change towards cooler weather and shorter days leads to an increase in the circulation of cold and flu viruses. Oh joy of joys! Whilst we can’t eliminate our exposure to these viruses, there are a number of simple things we can do to strengthen our immune system so our bodies are healthy and more capable of fighting off these viruses.
