Home-made Muesli Bars

Muesli bars are a great between-meal snack. Their combination of oats, nuts, seeds and fruit means that they are a great source of energy and nutrition, and tend to satisfy our hunger for longer. There are many muesli bar varieties available on the supermarket shelves and some are better than others (the sugar and salt content of some well-known brands is pretty high).
